Producer Rhakta (aka Jaya Raise) & Ganesha Atom Rose have been brothers and collaborators for years, since they met on the beach in Venice, CA in 2004. Through many adventures and travels Rahkta and his lovely wife found themselves moving to the island of Maui a few years back. Basking in the Mana of this powerful island, they have been thriving as artists and heart centered purveyors of all things beautiful, blessed and magical. Ganesha having moved to Tulum with his family has been cultivating his Bhakti music practice, sharing his blend of meditation, medicine, and mantras. Here he met the super talented, and powerful, Xamonika (Monika Arenas) a Colombian American artist and soulful vocalist who brought her angelic, medicine vibes to this track. The song began as fun, trip hoppy sketch by Rhakta that Ganesha started to chant his favorite mantra to, it evolved and the two went back and forth for about a month with ideas. One day Monika came by to catch up and listen/work on some music ideas and Ganesha thought, "we're gong with this one," "this one was made for Xamonika!" Rhakta did more of his magic and a true intercontinental colllaboration was made... Then what... Rhakta was becoming a popular producer and busier at his studio in Maui. Ganesha was traveling and performing, the idea was to wait and build some more tracks in this fun side project between friends and see how other tracks would sound between their, "Electro Bhakti" or Ecstatic Kirtan" synergy and what others thought as we played this track fo them... What do the ecstatic dance DJ's want/like? We sort of knew but are still waiting to find out... Then tragedy struck Maui, major tragedy for Rhakta and his wife... They lost EVERYTHING in the Maui fire... They made it out alive and we are still praying with gratitude. So many blessings, so much grace... Please donate all you can to this track. All profits will go to help them get them back on their feet. Get them to be the amazing heart centered creators and lovers that they are... Aum Mani Pedme Hum, Om Shri Bhuddaye Namaha, Hare Krisna, Hare Rama, Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha, Om Namah Shivaya, Jai Ma! Jaya Ganesha!
